Fire Season

Here's the picture I promised last night: On my computer I can see the fire line well; I hope you can too. The fire is out today, although Boise is once again (like last summer) shrouded in smoke. I assume that means there are fires burning somewhere in the area. I truly hope the smoke doesn't get as thick as last summer. It caused problems for Ethan and I, as well as many people here in the valley.

  1. Oh, yuck! Every year my sister's little twins have a hard time because of the smoke. Time to cross our fingers for a good dousing of rain, I suppose.

  2. Fire is so frightening. You must be longing for a good rain shower.

  3. Oh my word! I would have been too scared to go to bed with a fire so close.
I live in Cornwall, UK and we occasionally have fires break out on dry grass on the moors, but thankfully nothing on the scale of forest fires.
    Keep safe!
